favicon
I don't know how big of a deal this is, but since the x4 upgrade I've noticed that if you come here simply using "www.vbforums.com" the favicon doesn't display in the browser (no icon is displayed) but if you navigate here using "www.vbforums.com/index.php" the vbf icon is displayed:

Re: favicon
I think you just didn't give it time to load....
I get it on www.VBForums.com without the index.php included.
Try again and let it sit for a minute to see if it eventually shows.
Brad!
Thanks!
Brad!

The screenshots I took are after the page has loaded, you can see on the other tabs in the screenshot that those pages have loaded as well so it's in my computer's cache.
Also note, I've noticed this on 2 different Win7 & 1 XP computer, all running a different version of FireFox so I don't think it's how these systems are set up.
Also, I haven't reformatted any of these systems in well over a year & v3.x of these forums I never noticed a missing favicon, but since the forum's v4.x upgrade I've noticed this for several weeks now.

Re: favicon
It works fine for me in Firefox (version 15.0.1), but the favicon for this site doesn't work at all for me in IE 9 (it does for all the other sites I tested).

Re: favicon
Odd, my home computer has FF 15.0.1 too & doesn't show the icon unless it specifically points to index.php
The screenshots I took today is FF ESR 10.0.7

Re: favicon
I know it's an old thread, however the icon doesn't show.
The only way to see the correct icon is to write "vbforums.com/index.php" into the input-line, while doing that the dropdown will open and show the correct suggestion WITH the icon.
Where are the icons???

Re: favicon
At least it isn't only me. I tried it on Firefox, Chrome and IE, as well as one my android tablett ( standard browser there). All with same negative result, all are using an icon of my interner provider.
But that's a minor thing, I can get used to it.
