DragDrop with User/ActiveX Controls

Heeeeeeeeeelp!!
I told my boss it would be easy to create an activex control that supports DragDrop.
Now I struggle 'cause I don't get any DragOver/DragDrop-Event from the constituting controls inside mine (except the UserControl_ - Events).

If I could sink this events - how can I raise a DragOver event from inside my UserControl?

Any response is welcome (even if you tell me that its not
possible at all ...)

i settled for drag drop to the form...
if you figure it out (drag drop over usercontrols) mind forwarding me the answer? mouseover usercontrols was about all i had time for!
