Angry SetWindowPos topmost doesn't work with Outlook 97

I'm currently writing a small program to make Outlook Always on Top. Works fine with Outlook 2000, but not with Outlook 97.
I'm using SetWindowPos to do the job. Strange thing is, when activated, Outlook 97 jumps forward but doesn't stay on top. (So th program finds the right window to activate).
    I'm lost here.

His gods were simple and understandable; C rom was their chief, and he lived on a great moutain, whence he send forth dooms and death. It was useless to call on Crom, because he was a gloomy, savage god, and he hated weaklings. But he gave a man courage at birth and the will and the might to kill his enemies, which, in the Cimmerian’s mind was all any god should be expected to do.

Does it work with other Office 97 apps? Outlook tends to follow its own rules.

make sure you have a correct handle of the outlook application. You can get it with FindWindow API function call
