    Running a VB.NET .EXE on Windows 7 32 bit

    Hello,

We built a 32 bit VB.NET 2010 application (.EXE) and launched it on a Windows 7 32 bit laptop.

After launching, we received the following error:

Interestingly, the application runs fine on Windows XP, and Windows 7 64 bit.

Has anyone seen this error and why it occurs?

    Thank you!

What framework did you compile with? What frameworks are installed on the machines?

We compiled it on a Windows 7 64 bit machine with Framework 4.0 but Framework 4.5 is on the Windows 7 32 bit laptop. Thanks!
