Even more so, vBulletin is relatively inexpensive. Last I checked, it is hundreds, not thousands, of dollars. (like $249 for a license).

you se i used vbulletin long time had owned site that had vbulletin, also mybb from my experince and other sites i wil not mention that are illigal use it because mybb is good and safe eats less resourse etc , vbulletin resourse killer check your vps or dedicated server taskmanager check cpu % lol mybb cpu 1% - max 5% over million users in site , so you should know how many guest daily visits.

Seriously though, I've used myBB forums before and they're good. But vBulletin is better. I'm speaking as a user, not a developer.

If this thread was the only one you had going, I'd still be a bit unclear, as you seem to suggest that a trivial sum is too much to pay for something you could steal for free, which may be true but is still a very odd point to be making. However, you then switched tack to laud mybb and talk about how much better it is for reasons that you didn't make clear. Then, if you take into account the other thread you recently started, I'm curious what your real point is? Unless you are some kind of salesman for mybb, why would you bother pushing one legitimate company to abandon cheap forum software that works very well for some other kind of forum software of unknown price and unknown value? For a business to make such a move would be totally crazy, so why are you suggesting it?

The two threads, taken together, suggest that you do have a point, but that you have yet to reveal what it is.
