ANother roadblock

Ok now that I think I have the time thing down. I need to find a way to transfer things from one table to another. I have two tables in my database. Login and logout.
THe logout one contains everything that the login one has plus two more fields (time out and total time)
the first one is pretty much a temporary one that just holds the information while the person is logged in. THe second one is where I store everything so that I can access and analyze it later. I have a way to do the transfer but it is going to be an ugly mess. I want to have two options one that will transfer just one record over and do the calculation so that it will put the time elapsed in
the second one I want to transfer everything in the table over to the second doing the calculation as well
I also need to find a way to Combine the First name and last name fields of the record into one so that I can put it in a combo list

Any help would be appreciated
