    Service Pack 1

I'm traing to install the VB.Net Beta 1 into a Win2000 server. My question is: is the service pack 1 which comes with the Windows Component Update compatible with the server, or is just for the Win2000 professional.

I do not want to crash my server.

Service Pack 1 is for both Pro and Server, as is service pack 2, which is also out...

I agree with kovan -- the Beta software will cause more problems than a service pack will.

    Get these: Mozilla Opera OpenBSD
I have books for sale: "MCSD in a Nutshell" and "VB Distributed Exam Cram" - PM me for details. Will also trade for a decent ATX Pentium 2 MB/CPU/RAM combo.

Thanks for your comments. In fact the server where I want to install it is a server for Tests, it does not have any production database. Any way I will find another PC.
