Hi I really dont do this but I'm so confused and ready to pull my hair out on this assignment that i need help understanding! Any help at all in understanding this would be helpful? I don't want the answer i want an explanation.

If you don't understand anything that's in that assignment then you really need to go back and review all your notes and references for the course because you must have learned nothing along the way. If you understand some of it then there's no need for us to explain the whole thing, and some of it is already explained in pretty close to as simple language as it could anyway. So, having read the assignment for yourself, what parts do you understand and EXACTLY what parts are confusing you? For instance, are you unable to create the project and drag the appropriate controls onto the form? That project is really just input, basic maths and output. Do you not understand the maths?
