    help recovering files before format

    hello everyone

    my laptop has stop working and unable to start, there are some important files on C drive, is there a tool that I can install it on a USB driver to boot computer and move my files?
    I prefer light tools, not an operating system of 300 M.B and more

    What do you mean "unable to start", boot up, turn on the hardware or load the operating system?
    when you quote a post could you please do it via the "Reply With Quote" button or if it multiple post click the "''+" button then "Reply With Quote" button.
