Permission Installing ActiveX control
Currently the ActiveX controls we are developing for an application on my company's intranet require that the user be a local administrator when the control is installed. Is there a way around this situation other than making everyone an administrator.
Thanks,
Steven

I don't think so, since it requires modifying the system registry. This is good since only the system admin can install it. After the installation, then every body can use it.
