Outlook type Interface

How does outlook use that html looking interface on its opening screen. But if you click on a link it actually opens a new form, and there are no html files in the outlook folder. Is their a way to compile the file into the app itself?

They might be using resource files or they might be coding the html code directly into the app (Tho that's not likely). In my opinion, they most likely use a resource file but somone could prove me wrong
