    Resolved [RESOLVED] Web.config, Only 1 <configSections> element allowed

    Here's the contents of my web.config file:
    Code:
    <?xml version="1.0"?>

        <configSections>
            <sectionGroup name="system.web.extensions" type="System.Web.Configuration.SystemWebExtensionsSectionGroup, System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35">

                    <section name="scriptResourceHandler" type="System.Web.Configuration.ScriptingScriptResourceHandlerSection, System.Web.Extensions, Version=1.0.61025.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" requirePermission="false" allowDefinition="MachineToApplication"/>

                during the execution of a request. Specifically,
                it enables developers to configure html error pages

            </customErrors>
            -->
    	</system.web>
    </configuration>
    When I run this application I'm getting a parsor error:
    Code:
    Parser Error Message: Only one <configSections> element allowed per config file and if present must be the first child of the root <configuration> element.
    I'm confused because I do only have 1 <configSections> element in the config file, anyone know why I'm getting this error?

    I'm trying to get the .Net 2.0 AjaxToolKit to work on this VS2008 .Net 2.0 WebApp.
    Currently using VS 2015 Enterprise on Win10 Enterprise x64.
