    I want a good PERL interface

    I want a nice PERL interface for windows that will allow me to desing and test my PERL CGI programs without using unix. I have tried perl builder but it is giving me serioius problems.

    well, I always used perl builder, and I don't think there are to many interfaces that will run without a server install. I myself installed Apache and Perl and PHP to test and find that it is the best way for me. I still use perl builder, but not as much.

    is perl builder free? If so, where can I download it?
