Help with prolink IP QoS setup

Hi I'm new to the whole configuring my own router so was wondering if you guys can help. I'm trying to set it up so that my business pc has the highest priority with bandwidth so that my downloading and other activities won't affect it as much but when I looked at the IP QoS settings in my router I am just stumped.. no idea what I should do at all.

1st I don't know whether I should put my IP into source or destination.
2nd. Where do I find my netmask?

Any help would be appreciated greatly ^_^
