Setup factory

I try to install setup factory but I had problem this message showed :

the minimum system requirements don't met

can u plz help me

What are your computers system specs and what are those required by the program in-order to run?

my system is windows xp and the program don't required any thing to run caz already try it on another computer and the sam system xp & it works ..

Which version of Setup Factory are you trying to install? Do you have all the Service Packs installed for the operating system?

version 9 and Im not sure about all packs ..which service packs should I have installed in my computer ?

Well, according to this page on Setup Factory you need SP2 in-order to use it in Windows XP.
