It will depend on how you've designed your database. Have you already designed your database? Is this a new app or are you adding to an existing app?

Yes! my database design is just like this:

    Code:
NO Emp_No Emp Name Position Date Hired

    1 8888 Mark S. Dayao Accounts Clerk 1/1/2007
    2 8888 Mark S. Dayao Book Keeper 1/2/2008
    3 8888 Mark S. Dayao Accounting Head 6/28/2009
Note that the date 2/29/20012 is base from current date ex: the last date of hired (6/28/2009) up to the current date.
