Not displaying fields with no values!

Not displaying fields with no values!

    Hello Everyone:

I am trying to rearrange the fields that are displayed in my report depending on what is in a field. So if you look at the report the last field that has no value should not be displayed and everything under it should be moved up. And the same with the one below that. And the empty field under Robert should have the field below it moved up. I would also like to move the fields up if the value is closed.

    Please see the attached document.

    I am using Access 2007

    Any Ideas

    Thanks

    Art W.

Sorry the file wont upload, it says it is invalid.
