I've been searching for the past two days on how to do this. But I only found how to change the windows default audio settings, that is not the same thing.


To make it simple, I have a empty form that has a webrowser that plays a youtube video. It's fine it plays from my default audio device that windows has picked.

But how do I make it so I can pick my own device so it will play from another device? Alot of programs have this option I put two pictures below. I have no idea how or what to look for because I got nowhere.
