This seems like homework if so we will not do it for you although, you can get help on the forums. Which language are you using?
when you quote a post could you please do it via the "Reply With Quote" button or if it multiple post click the "''+" button then "Reply With Quote" button.

I have to agree with NightWalker83. The information about the program that you want sounds a though it has been lifted straight out of a textbook. Although there are likely some people on this forum who will help you out in doing this, I would have to say that I am firmly against this! There is little or no point in having someone do your homework for you. It would be far better if you were to try to understand the problem, ask some pertinent questions in the forum, and then do the work yourself.
