Re: Best Sherlock Lines
Is the show based on the actual stories by Doyle, or is it a bunch of new stories?
My usual boring signature: Nothing

New stories, very hi-tech.
However, many nice touches carried over from Doyle, including
the title of the first episode: A Study in Pink.
I can't remember Doyle's first episode title, but I believe the new
show's title it is an hommage to Doyle's.

Re: Best Sherlock Lines
You mean an hommage to "A Study in Scarlet"?
So what's the name of the series? Sounds like it might be interesting if it's on Netflix.

Yes, nice job.. I remembered that the first 3 words were
the same, and that the color was of the RGB(255, 0, 0) ilk.
And funny enough, the name of the series is Sherlock
It is an exceptional series... only 3 episodes so far, but I
believe the BBC is making a few more.

Re: Best Sherlock Lines
A Study in Pink was loosely based on A Study in Scarlet, although there were obviously major changes due to it being updated to modern times. The other two were less clearly based on any one story, although they borrowed bits here and there.
I think Spoo's "3-patch case" line refers to Holmes being on nicotine patches.

Invisible
Touchee ..
I'm trying to remember what prompted Sherlock to roll
up his sleeve in the first place.
Didn't Watson do it first, showing one patch, only to be
trumped by Sherlock's 3?

From episode 2, A Blind Banker ...
Sherlock: I left my keys in my flat.
The Girl : Do you want me to buzz you in?
Sherlock: Great. And I need to borrow your balcony.
The Girl : Wha?

Re: Best Sherlock Lines
Watson: What do you know about eyes?
Sherlock: They usually have it
Watson: Wha?
Sherlock: Exactly
