[RESOLVED] Odd problem with Windows 7

I am having an odd problem with a report. First details:

PC is Windows7 pro
App is VB6
Crystal version is 9.5

Whenever I run a specific report (call it ReportA) to screen on this PC I get an error : Primary production System has Stopped Working". Details shows an appcrash involving crqre.dll (c0000005)

I get the same error when I try to print to printer.

Other reports print just fine. The report prints just fine on my PC, also W7 pro.

I replaced the crqe.dll; I installed CR9.5, I replaced the report (from backup). I changed the default printer. Nothing seems to be fixing the problem.

Any ideas?

I will make sure it has all the patches, but I'm sure it does.

I wound up reinstalling the program and that seems to have cleared it up.
