    I am looking for a reference that lists all of the WM_ constants and the values corresponding with them. I seem to have trouble finding these values when I need them. Does vb already have them declared, or do I have to know them ahead of time?

    vb6 has them in the API viewer, not sure about previous versions tho...

    Try any of the following:
    • Go to MSDN and search for "WM_"
    • Download Platform SDK also available at Microsoft
    • Kind of like the previous suggestion, but look in the MSDN help files
    • Buy Dan Appleman's Visual Basic Programmer’s Guide to the Win32 API
      This is one of the best resources you can get for API functionality!
