    Set Screen Position

    Is there some way of setting anther process's position? Lets say we had our vb program up and you click a button, could this button set the position of Google Chrome to the top left corner?

    Yes you could do that. It would be through the use of APIs. How much do you know about APIs? In your particular situation, you will probably be looking at the SetWindowInfo API.
