Hi all,

I have a got an Active-X Dll in an MTS server...
And i have runned the client set up on the client M/c.
Now the problem is as follows:
Can i set the reference and use createobject(Static Binding)
OR
Can i declare an Object variable and then use createobject(late Binding)

What is the difference b/w the two procedures...
give me some suggestions or Recommend a site regarding this
