    Admin privelages in guest account

    hey all
    i want to excute this command in a guest account
    Code:
    Shell("net user new2 /ADD")
    This needs administrator privelages

    You can't do that kind of stuff in the windows guest account. The guest account is pretty useless and I have no idea why Microsoft even has it built-in!
