Good Web Site Monitoring Tool for IIS/ASP.NET?

My boss has it in his head that we need to be monitoring our websites more to see what king of traffic we are getting for but internal and external sites. Anybody have a suggestion of a decent tool for doing this? Doesn't have to be freeware. Thanks.

Some days when I think about the next 30 years or so of my life I am going to spend writing code, I happily contemplate stepping off a curb in front of a fast moving bus.

With noting that i haven't tried it i believe you can monitor web connections with windows console.
And article here, i don't know if the same goes for WS2008

    Hey,

    Google Analytics:

    http://www.google.com/analytics/

Is a quick way to start getting information about traffic to your site.

If you can get a hold of the IIS logs, there are also a number is log viewers that you can get that will give you this information as well.
