    Viewing .Php page error

Viewing .Php page just appears as code text, and doesnt display correctly in web browser.

    i installed apache 2.2 and PHP 5

Apache2.2 is running ok and says running all services.

The "It Works" (index.html in Htdocs) page appears ok, but i can get a simple .php page to open.

    Re: Viewing .Php page error

you haven't installed PHP correctly then, or at least not configured Apache to run with it. did you modify your httpd.conf file to load the PHP module? the instructions for doing so are found in the install.txt file that comes with your PHP installation.
