Pause After X

Hey guys,

I have created a simple Auto Typer/Spammer. What I need to do with it now is make the typing/spamming pause/delay for one second then spam again, and repeat this step until physically stopped.

I am using a timer to set intervals. The current intervals = 300. So after X amount of times (X = 4) The typing/spamming needs to pause/delay for 1 second, then repeat until stopped.
