VB excel cell properties

Hi,
I have a few questions, how do I change some advanced properties of some cells when I create an excel from within vb?

I know some basics like colors and so

but:
how do I set the cell to be shown in %
how do I put text horizontal or in an angele

try like
cell.numberformat = "0.00%"
if the % is wrong, find out from excel, format a cell to % then read the numberformat by code

try recording a macro in excel, to generate some sample code, then modify to VB6
