I just checked the help for Get but I still do not understand its meaning. According to the help:
Const Get = 3
Member of Access.ProcKind

What does all this mean?

I'm afraid I don't know what you mean. I've never seen GET defined as a constant before.

Are you sure you are using VB6 and not VBA in Excel or Access?

I am using VBA in access.

Correct... while VBA and VB6 have a large amount of similarities, there are also lots of differences.

As such, you should be posting in our Office Development forum (which is where Hack moved this thread).
