    How can i make an entrey in(registry) hkey_local_ mashin user\...\explorer?help pls

    i want to make a Binary(not Dword) value and name it "NoClose" in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer
    and set it's value 1 plz help me and don't make it elaborate.

    it was an example.i want to now how to make an entrey in registry nad value it. just this.
    an other question i have dose regcreatkey work in windows 7 or not.
