i would like to know how i would change my curser type to hand when it is over a eventbutton and change it back to default when its not on an event button??
how would you do this please help im new to vb and would really like to know how????????

Johnny,
Before I answer your question I am going to give you a little "tip" for the future.
When you are wanting to do something like this, first have a read through all of the properties that come with the control you are looking at. Scan down the list and have a little read of them and any that you are not sure on just click in their box and bring up the help on it and have a read.
The reason I am saying this is that if you for instance read down the list of properties for a command button you would find quite clearly one called "MousePointer".
Now the name itself should hit you between the eyes like a sack of bricks and kind of give you the impression that setting this will change what the mouse pointer looks like while it is over that control.
I hope it helps this time and when any other things that come up where a SIMPLE solution can be found by paying good attention to what is around you rather than seeking help so quickly....
