I think the name is Webzip, tha tis a good one. I can't remember where to get it though. there are a bunch others too, try zdnet downloads to find them.
I was unaware that outlook did this too

yeah, it has a import/export function (under file menu)
it's pretty good, but i don't got the office cd right now so...
try it!
