Using Command Button to Run SendMessages Sub

So I've created a SendMessages Sub to send an email from a form as a notification. (it works perfectly when ran in the module)

Now I need to figure out how to create a function based on that, so I can provide a one-click command button.

I've been at it for days, and I feel so close. I just can't seem to close the circle. Any help will do.

    Thanks.
