Update Visual Basic 2010 app, easy updates

I've built and app, and looking for someone to add the final touches on it, instead of my spending hours trying to figure it out. this is a multi step process, or unless you think you can do it one swoop. Program is small, and is done is Visual basic 2010 express. Items needed - Gather ID's from web pages, right now i think my browsercontroll is not getting update with the new pages html, so i can get id's from the first page i hit, but not sub pages i go to. Login Save system. User can put in a username/password and have it save to a listbox / txt file, and then click on an item in the listbox, and delte it, or if they click on a username, to have it fill in the username textbox, and the password textbox Those are the 2 main things i need. The final part would be some demo function, to where they can run it for say 30 min. then need a key or some type. This part i have no idea how to do, and can be done if the first part is finished first. Payments are made via paypal, and i dont see it taking someone who knows whats going on, more then 1-2 hours for the first 2 items. I reply fast, i need it done fast, i will pay fast.
