    NOOBie help please...

    i am a noobie and starting to learn vb2010...can anyone please post a simple code on how to connect sql server to forms, and also retrieving files from database to txtbox....please help me...tnx...

    For future reference, please provide meaningful titles for your threads in future. The title should summarise the topic of the thread. Titles like "help please" are meaningless because everyone who posts wants help.

    As for the question, there are examples all over the web on connecting to databases from VB.NET apps. There's really not much point creating yet another one. You can follow the Database FAQ link in my signature and check some of the ADO.NET resources on this site. You can also follow the Data Walkthroughs link or the HowTo Videos link to check out some resources on MSDN.
