I was trying to rate a post and I got a message (See picture below)

I don't remember rating that post earlier.

Has that post been rated by someone else? Is it that multiple people cant rate the same post?

Have you tried confirming from the OP whether he has received any reputation from you on that post? Maybe you rated and then forgot.

Dozens of different people can rate the same post, but only once per person. You must have rated it, but forgotten that you did.

Pradeep1210 has a good suggestion...send a PM to the individual and ask him/her to look at their User CP.
