    I don't know how he's managed to get this going, as I don't remember Microsoft being overly friendly to OSS and competing software.
    CSS layout comes in to the 21st century with flexbox!

    I don't expect any impact. The bulk of the Windows user community looks nothing like those using Linux. Aside from the few WAMPers out there this will probably be a non-event.
