vb6.0 application on Windows server 2008

Hi all,

I have an VB 6.0 application. In a form when menu is clicked a pop up form opens. It works fine in all OS except W2K8 Server. It crashes when I open and enter details for the second time it crashes. First time the pop up works fine. The message it shows is

Faulting application PxpEditUI30.exe, version 7.3.0.339, time stamp 0x4b7a72ad, faulting module MSVBVM60.DLL, version 6.0.98.2, time stamp 0x4791a724, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0001bcc2, process id 0x7d0, application start time 0x01caaf998b4b565e.

And when I close the VB application again error comes. I am attaching the snap shots. If any further information is required I will provide.

Can somebody help me?
