[RESOLVED] Flash.ocx in Vista and Win 7
Hi,
Has anybody here successfully registered the Flash.ocx in Vista or Win7? The reason I want to know is because I trying to find some vb6.0 code to create a flash media player and I have found some need to access the flash control in vb to get it to work. Although, whenever I find a flash.ocx that does register properly vb6.0 can't load it.
Thanks,
Nightwalker

Re: Flash.ocx in Vista and Win 7
I used the flash uninstaller here!
I downloaded flash from either of the following sites:
http://www.softwarepatch.com/internet/flash.html
If this program doesn't solve your problems, the autorun application probably requires a component called exactly FLASH.OCX (Flash Player 8 uses FLASH8.OCX, Flash Player 9 uses FLASH9.OCX). The last Flash Player version using the FLASH.OCX filename was version 7:
