    Resolved [RESOLVED] Recent documents list

    Hi,

My grandpa uses Office 2007 and Win 7 and he noticed that the recently used items appear in the start menu. However, he wanted to remove them so I first try going to:

    C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent

and deleting the files in that directory but the items in the "Recent" section of the programs in the start menu would still be there. So I searched in google and found:

    http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...-turn-off.html

Although, while that helped it would also delete the list of programs in the start menu that were last used.

Also, I noticed that this only occurs with the office programs and not with others so is this an office problem or a Win 7 problem?

    Thanks,

    Nightwalker
