Can't get my old password

I made the mistake of clearing Mozilla's history but it wiped out all my cookies.
I went through the Forgot Password drill. Got an email that said

Clicked that link which said a new password would be emailed to me.
So far I haven't received it.

if you're not receiving the e-mail your provider is blocking it. I have changed your password manually and e-mailed it to you at that address.
