Nobody cares about your twitter
Please give me your twitter URLs so that I can mock you, ridicule you and then block the URL in my Firefox add on.

I had toyed with the idea of a P2P version for closed communities I was calling Twaddle. Didn't get too far before I realized I hated the idea.

I hate the fact that Twitter is actually popular. It just makes me realise how many sad/stupid people there are in the world...

Oh I agree, and I also hate services like Facebook, MySpace and more.
And in the Netherlands we have something called Hyves, a Facebook rip-off which sounds like a disease.
Delete it. They just clutter threads anyway.

Re: Nobody cares about your twitter
Twitter can be a very useful tool if you follow people relevent to your intrest. for example if your tech minded, its worth to follow guys like BBC oneclick, techcrunch, mashable, lifehacker etc. Its is even more intresting if you use an addon like echofon in your browser. so you can see the tweets in one click.
This is how i read my tweets using echofon in firefox

I'm sorry that you feel that way - BBC, techcrunch, mashable and lifehacker are about as technical as a conversation with Paris Hilton (and none of the stories there look technical at all). Besides, if you want to follow something, there's this thing known as RSS feeds. RSS feeds are great because you have none of the self righteous non-geeks-who-think-they-are who pollute the delivering of this information with their own pompous musings, as is apparent in your screenshot. The only reason to use twitter instead of an RSS feed is because you want to use twitter and don't really care about the technical.

your ur correct. the reason for this change is, No one tries to use RSS as twitter. Tons of people try to use Twitter as RSS it seems
any way, my RSS list keep growing

Convince yourself that this "thing" you heard about really doesn't exist and the entire experience was actually nothing more than a bad dream (if you throw in facebook, make that a nightmare).
Then, move on with your life.

that, i can do easily... just like the rest of the things i forced myself to forget, like: oh well i don't remember, sorry i forgot... hahaha well my brain doesn't have unlimited space(or does it?), sometimes it needs to clear unnecessary stuff out so i don't get more slow then i already am... by the way thanks for the tip hack. xD

I never quite understood the fascination with Stephen Fry on twitter, but then again, I never liked the idea of following a random celebrity I've seen on TV, but Stephen Fry is one of the few people if pushed, I would follow him.

Re: Nobody cares about your twitter
Stephen Fry is a pompous fool. His regurgitated "opinions" are given a high value because he's a celebrity. He's further hyped because he has so many followers (vicious self perpetuating cycle). He is the very epitome of what's wrong with the Internet today - idiots with short attention spans, talking constantly about technology without understanding anything about it. At the heart of all of this, if you read anything he said without knowing who wrote it, you'd see through his copious amounts of bovine excreta too.
That's right, I said it. I said all of that.
