everytime i download it i get an older version... it isnt in my cache??!?!? 
could someone upload the newest verion please?

Direct modem connection, and if it was a proxy server it would download in 1/2 second

Well, it would still have to download from the proxy.

oooooooohhhhh, the ISPs proxy shudnt cache that... 
anyways...I wouldnt use anything xcept msproxy server

I was under the impression that the proxy went and checked to see if stuff it had cached has since been updated...
