Hello Everyone:

I am trying to do something like find and replace with MS Word 2007; I have done this with MS Word XP. But it has been so long ago, I can’t remember how to do it or what it is called.

If you have a form letter with different fields (I think that is the proper term?) and you want to replace them with personal information, how do you do it, what is it called and where is it in MS Word 2007?

I.E. you have a form letter and it has a person’s name in it in a number of different places. I was running something; I don’t believe it was a macro. So that the field was replaced with the name. And then I go run it again and replace the field with the next person’s name. I would enter the name into a dialog box?

Any Ideas?
