[RESOLVED] Adding scroll bar on Excel Text Box
Hello all,
I've had a good look around, but can't seem to find a solution.
All I want to do is add a scroll bar onto a Text Box I've drawn in Excel. I've read somewhere that you can set this via the properties window - but when I highlight the Text Box then fgo to properties, I see the properties for the whole sheet rather than just the Text Box.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Adding scroll bar on Excel Text Box
1) Please specify Excel Version
2) Are you placing the textbox on a worksheet?
3) How have you created the textbox?
From menu View~~>Toolbars~~>Control toolbox?
Or
From menu View~~>Toolbars~~>Forms ?
A good exercise for the Heart is to bend down and help another up...

Re: Adding scroll bar on Excel Text Box
Hi koolsid, thanks for your reply
1) I am using Excel 2003
2) I am placing the textbox directly on the worksheet
3) I was actually drawing the textbox on the worksheet using View~~>Toolbars~~>Drawing.
In actual fact, I've solved my problem now! I have just used View~~>Toolbars~~>Control toolbox to add my textbox, and can now edit the properties of it no problem, including adding a vertical scroll bar.
