    I think it takes the system a few seconds to adjust when you make a new post or delete a post to the number shown on your post count. This is possibly why your post count is shown as above.
    when you quote a post could you please do it via the "Reply With Quote" button or if it multiple post click the "''+" button then "Reply With Quote" button.
    If this thread is finished with please mark it "Resolved" by selecting "Mark thread resolved" from the "Thread tools" drop-down menu.

    I assume that was immediately after you posted the second post.

    If so, the difference is because the page is not actually re-loaded when you reply, so any previous posts will show the old post count. If you re-load the thread, you should see that the numbers match.
