    I installed windows 2000 half an hour ago ... what can i say ? ... what a pitty it took ages to setup correctly although i have a brand new PIII , the double click doesnt work eventhough i set it up from the controle panel ...
    i cant even get to move the icons on desktop .. The Connection Icon Doesnt Show ... I come to think i am not using it corrctly ... but i think i did anyone feels the same ?

    till now i think the best OS MS has comeout with are DOS 6.2 And Win95 ..

    I was a little annoyed at first too, IME doesn't work any more and some other stuff had to be installed.

    But I have the disk space and RAM to run it and find it's got more than NT workstation but without being as heavy to run.

    Has a decent defrag unlike NT so it shouldn't rot (degrade) as badly. I hated that about nt workstation

    over all, I like it (didn't at first though)
