simple scan

can somone give me a VERy simple way to use the scaner of a pc an puta black and whit image of the scan in a picturebox?

Anyone helping Mr Smither, note that he is using the method listed in his other thread to obtain the scanned image and put it in a picturebox. So this is basically a "what is the fastest way to convert an image in a picturebox to black and white" question.

The only way I know of Mr Smither would be individual pixel manipulation, but i'm sure someone has a much more clever and quicker way of doing it.
