We don't have anything to make a form transparent at the moment, we were talking about blitting the image from the form behind to the form in front creating the illusion of transparancy.
We could provide some examples of that if you wish...

In windows 2k and XP you can set the windowstyle to layered, if thats what you want
Use

Set the window's region to make parts be transparent.
At VB-World's main site they have examples
